The essay question is as follows:

The perspective of whether or not Government should assist people is hotly debated in the US Society. Using a combination of the four philosophers (Ricardo, Malthus, Bentham, and Mill) and your own life experiences, take a position on that question.

Should the the government help people?
Why or why not? Justify your answer.
